They asked for cash before starting, in the middle they asked for $200 more for having to roll the dolly on a ramp, after moving the 2 items into the truck, they asked for $600 total before delivering to destination, we refused to pay $600, THEY UNLOADED THE ITEMS ON THE GROUND AND LEFT with $400. We called the Police, they said to file as Small Claims. With much difficulty my husband and I managed to put the table into our car and drove ourselves to the destination, when we came back to pick up the Buffet, somebody had already taken it........... We are ready to take any action, I will file a complaint with BBB and my husband is looking into filing it at the Small Claims Court. DESI MOVERS ARE ROBBERS.
