actually i'm not fully agree with your comments on Yahoo Small Business Hosting in related with Wordpress.
From the 1st installation of my wordpress, i used one click install and then i upgrade directly my wordpress to the latest one using Wordpress Automatic Upgrade plugin and it just took less than 3 minutes for downtime (including Database upgrade) thanks for wordpress for this.
But yes, actually Yahoo Small Business is really closed for direct access to the server like using SSH, perhaps it's a matter of security.

Anyway .. is there any clue for instaling phpmyadmin for Yahoo Small Business, i've done the installation but when i open the page after successfully logon into it , it just blank.

First rule: DO NOT use Yahoo's one click install.
Actually, that was the only rule. You have to do it manually. I have everything working right and have written a detailed but easy guideline for getting wordpress on a yahoo server: http://natespost.com/index.php/install-wordpress-on-yahoo-server/

[...] I’ve previously documented the problems that I’ve had with Yahoo and WordPress hosting: Yahoo’s MySQL installation, besides being out of date, is somewhat screwed up; this, in turn, seems to be impacting the ability to do a WordPress upgrade or even a separate WordPress install. My advice: avoid Yahoo Small Business hosting if you need anything but the exact WordPress version that they’re offering, which is currently 2.0.2. This likely won’t be a problem until a major WP upgrade occurs and you really want some new feature in the new version. [...]

[...] Did I mention that Netfirms sucks? Oh yeah, I wrote about it a two days ago. This morning, I couldn’t get on to my webmail, and pages from WordPress were taking 15-30 seconds each to load. When I tried to go to the WordPress admin pages, I would get part of the main dashboard page, and then a big blank. [...]
